In this hotel service very bad , not as in website description, its so leak description, first time go hotel without water to drink or coffee, and without any blanket or until light blanket.

The place is perfect, room was big, comfortable and clean. Hotel is located few minutes from a train station. Staff were polite, helpful with everything we needed it and friendly. I love it.

“We keep coming back to Vertice for a reason...”
It has everything you might need, even an efficient and fast washing machine and dryer. Staff are super friendly (shout out to George, who always has a smile on his face and is a joy to deal with), and the new renovated rooms feel much more friendly and welcoming. As usual, they're clean, AC/heater works well, and TV is bigger as well. Great value for money. Also, few train stations from downtown Madrid.

The position was perfect for us. We parked the car and caught the train into Madrid which was easy..The staff polite and happy. Breakfast good and reasonably priced.

The room and also the breakfast were good and well priced. Walking distance to the train station. In about 20 minutes you got to the town centre.
