I think it's unacceptable that guests have to collect and return the kettle and coffee cups themselves, and leave a deposit for them. The same applies to the iron. These are small services that would greatly improve the overall guest experience. The staff is friendly, but this hotel policy doesn't make much sense.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very good. The hotel is close to public transport, making it easy to get around Madrid. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

“Perfect for a weekend stay”
Everything was great, we were pretty satisfied with the cleanliness, staff and the overall price value. It's very easy to get to the city centre with the metro just a few minutes away. I'd stay here again for sure!

Great internet. Reception staff were briliant especiall the one with blue hair. Super friendly and deserve credit. Bar staff also friendly....rooms clean.

There were free rooms when we arrived in the morning (around 11 AM), we paid an extra 10 euros and checked in earlier, we didn't have to wait until 3:00 PM. The room was nice and clean. It was quite cold when we walked in, but the air conditioner quickly warmed up the room.

“Near the metro station”
A good location near the metro station, supermarkts and a TC Alcala Norte. It is easy to reach the city center by metro Line 5. And for sure a good public transport access to the airport
