“Lovely place in Serrano”
The hotel is a small boutique hotel in Serrano. The area is excellent, picturesque, loads of boutique shops and little restaurants and cafes. Very quiet but still very central. Metro is only 4 minutes walk if needed. Main shopping road the same. The hotel style is a mix of modern and old, very fine decor and well-styled. Staff are super friendly, especially in the dining area during breakfast. The products (shampoo, conditioner…etc) were excellent.

“Overpriced... yet friendly”
The staff is super friendly and helpful all the way during our stay (especially the man at the bar who was ready to make me a cappuccino in the midnight). Location is central, so you can walk to Retiro and even to Plaza Mayor (around 45 minutes of pace walking).

“Conveniently located elegant hideout in Madrid”
Savoury à la carte breakfast featuring a selection of toasts, eggs, and pancakes, all served with swift and attentive service. The fruit portions could be more generous, and the coffee quality—including its size and presentation—definitely needs improvement. The location is convenient, set in an upscale residential area surrounded by boutique shops and high-end restaurants.

The location enterence is amazing but the rooms are extremely clostrophobix so small it wwill not worth to pay this cost ast all. The noise from corridor and next doors are way too hearable

“Smart hotel in great location”
Breakfast was delicious; service a little patchy as it was busy so had to order some things several times. Location was the best: so close to some great shops, bars, restaurants and a short walk to the Retiro Park and most museums, the Palace etc. The staff were very efficient and friendly and the bar area was nice to have drinks in. It was in a peaceful location, despite the access to shops etc.
