“If you are looking for the perfect stay in Madrid then this is the hotel for you.”
The staff were exceptional and always willing to assist. This level of service was evident throughout every department of the hotel. The location, design, restaurants and bars are all fabulous. The rooftop bar, restaurant and swimming pool are particularly outstanding and provide a fantastic setting to relax and enjoy the surroundings. As a wheelchair user, I can confidently recommend the accessible room. There was plenty of space in both the bedroom and bathroom, making it comfortable and easy to navigate. It was also reassuring to see a fold-down shower seat provided within the bathroom, which added to the room's accessibility and practicality.

We planned to stay for 4 nights, but due to a health problem we had to return back to home after sraying one night. We asked for help to arrange a doctor visit to guest relations, Alexia was very helpful and kind and has done a very good job in helping us generally. The hotel has a great location, nice and helpful staff and confortable rooms. Highly recommend.

“A perfect hotel to spend time”
The hotel is central just a few steps from Plaza del Sol. The room was big, cozy and you could feel like home. The staff was super friendly. I definitely recommend to stay here, the hotel is brand new.
