“Would certainly stay here again.”
Excellent choice of fruit, savouries and cakes etc. for breakfast - the orange juice was particularly good. Superb view of the City and suburbs from the 10th Floor Terrace. Excellent location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby - (would recommend Casa Luna wine bar for its chalkboard Carta and its selection of cheeses).

Very central on Gran Via …. bed very comfortable and room was very quiet despite being on main road. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable stay, lovely large bed and linen was luxurious. Excellent shower and good quality toiletries. Breakfast was excellent and very good value. We really enjoyed the lovely roof terrace.

“Super nice hotel, at a superb location.”
Service and facilities are perfect for a city trip. It is so central we never needed a cab or metro to get anywhere. It lays perfectly walking distance to all the sights and quarters, as well a free bus 001 stop is right in front of the hotel. Totally recommend it. :)
