Nice location and price

It is close to a metro station & a bus station, you can also do a self check in, which is nice, so if you arrive late you won’t have to worry about this aspect. The room was exactly what I needed for a short stay, clean & they even include breakfast, lunch & dinner for different time intervals. I didn’t spend much time there but the interaction I had with the staff was nice. Keep in mind they don’t know much English but eventually we understood each other.

I was looking for an accommodation near Bernabeu Stadium and this place met my expectations. For the price paid, room was nice and also good services (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

The staff was so welcoming, the room was clean , the food was delicious,i stayed only for one night but i really enjoyed it.

“Quite and Clean Residence close to the Museum”

The residence is very close to the Natural History Museum and supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Despite the fact, that the residence is a university residence, it's very quite. Very recommended.

Great value for money in a very central area, very close to the Rios Rosas Metro station. Nice area, many restaurants and shops. Staff was kind and helpful. The three daily meals are a good addendum. Washing machines and ironing room also very convenient.
