We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is amazing - the metro station is only a 5-minute walk away, making it very easy to reach any part of the city. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We would especially like to thank Antonio at the reception, who kindly provided our room before the official check-in time. His hospitality made a great first impression. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated that the director personally came to ask guests whether everything was satisfactory during breakfast. This attention to detail and genuine care for guests was a very nice touch. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable throughout our stay.

“Absolutely fantastic stay”
Staff were so friendly! Miguel on reception especially was very helpful to us, we had a lot of plans for our stay and he helped us with public transport and knowledge about traffic etc. Breakfast was great! Lots of options, my mum is a vegan and she ate very well. Nice modern decor, kept well clean, beds were comfy, bathroom was nice, mini bar wasn’t expensive.

“Excellent for a city trip”
Very clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast and lovely staff, they even surprised us with a birthday cake at breakfast. Conveniently located near a metro and bus station. Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff, very careful for the guests.Nice rooms that were cleaned every single day. Nice breakfast.Plus as a family with kids, small playground for their entertaiment.It is very close to the metro station.

Very good place to stay in Madrid : calm at night, you can sleep well even with window open, but same time metro station is in kind of 200 meters and you reach city center in 20-25 minutes. Really good breakfast
