The Hotel is very central. Staff were excellent, we got an upgrade to a room with a balcony which was lovely. Facilities were great, unfortunately the roof terrace was not open.

The room included a coffee machine and an electric kettle, along with coffee, tea, etc. The bathroom was equipped with shampoo and body wash. The location was excellent — close to the palace, with well-known brand shops and nice cafés nearby. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs €33, which is a fixed rate to central Madrid.

“Not worth the price”
The location is excellent and very central, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and solution-oriented whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The design of the hotel is modern and stylish, and the bed was very comfortable.
