Very special, the staff was wonderful, and in particular, a very handsome person at reception (I don't remember his name) was truly amazing. The place was clean, and the reception and hospitality were excellent.

The NH Madrid is in a fantastic location with a wonderful sky bar. However, the room was a little tight and the bed was small. Otherwise, the NH is a great stay for a short trip.

Great location for a quick city break. The room was very comfy and quite despite the constant traffic. The staff was very welcoming and the hotel offers a nice breakfast selection.

“Position, position, position!!!!”
Great location. Recently renovated rooms and bathroom. Rooms were a bit small with little space to un pack. As I was there for a large international conference (25,000 attendees), the price went up on conference days, making it expensive. The facility has a great bar on the top floor with great views. There is also a restaurant which is expensive. The staff were great and very friendly and helpful.
