Great location, spacious and well equipped apartment is central Madrid. Easy walking distance to all major sites. Rooms had balconies overlooking streets which were really good for watching a parade. We were careful to keep quiet on the main staircase as this is a residential building.

“Comfortable stay with great location.”
Comfortable, clean, instructions from host was clear. Location was great. Very near Primark. Even Retiro park is walkable. Paid safe parking nearby. Allowed us to drop off luggage early. Booked luggage storage on radical storage (very close by) but didn’t use in the end. Pictures as describe.

“Amazing stay, value for money, reliable host! It was like home away from home.”
Everything was excellent! Location was prime! Amenities were great. It was clean. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets were very clean and convenient for our group. Host was excellent in communicating. The TV was faulty and it was replaced with a new one. Highly recommended to whoever is coming to Madrid!

“Comfortable Apartment in Top Location”
The apartments are well-equipped and clean, with a perfect location — just a 1-minute walk from Gran Via, surrounded by shops and cafés. What I didn’t like was that the person who contacted us only sent the «actual address» 10 minutes before our arrival, even though communication had started two days earlier. There are some errors on Google Maps, so using the provided address takes you to the wrong location. Unfortunately, we received the message explaining this too late, and we ended up walking a long way with suitcases and children. This information should have been sent much earlier.

“Nice stay in a great location”
Good location; ample room and sleeping arrangements for 6 adults. Good coffee machine and supply of coffee, nice bathrroms, although warm water was limited, this was plainly stated. The apartment itself was much nicer than the entrance and stairs leading up to it.

It had exactly what we needed. There was a drainage issue in the one shower and it was fixed immediately. This property it so well located in Madrid and we loved Madrid and will be back.

“10 for location”
The apartment was in central Madrid, only a few steps from Gran Via and so close to Corte Ingles department store, all major shops and many eateries. It was newly renovated, clean and pleasant, although bedrooms and bathrooms were small and offered basic amenities but the living area and kitchen area were spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended for a short visit in the capital.
