A great location, close to everything you would want to get to in Madrid with a metro station a couple of minutes walk away. The street is very quiet for such a central location.

We were accommodated in the hotel for two nights. On April 15, 2026, I ordered an Uber taxi to the airport. The car could not find us because the street was being built in front of the hotel. I waited 15 minutes, no taxi came. I ordered another one. I asked the receptionist Pepi (that's what he said his name was) for help explaining to the second taxi how to get to the hotel. No one from Uber spoke English. He was very rude, while talking to him he looked down as if he was working. He offered to call me that taxi, to cancel mine. He pretended not to hear. The location is not good, there is no access by car because the street is being built and they can't find you.

Very central located and comfortable rooms. We also had a very affordable rate for its location. Perfectly acceptable breakfast and teas/coffee also available at night

Great location, just 200 m from plaza de España from where you can take metro or busses to other places. And the city center is very near and everything around is in the walking distance. Breakfast was very nice. And special thanks to the best receptionist ever Antonio! He was really helpful, and would provide you every important information about the city, and also some other Spanish regions. Really nice guy always in the great mood or ready for some jokes.

Very friendly, nice and helpful staff. Great location, less than five minutes from the metro and near the Royal Palace. Comfy beds and spotless clean. They offer free coffee and water dispensers in the lobby.

Ι had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the city center, making it so easy to explore Madrid. The entire place was spotless and very comfortable. I have to give a special mention to the bed; the mattress and pillows were exceptional, ensuring a great night's sleep! The breakfast, while not a huge buffet, was very well-curated with high-quality products; it had everything you could possibly need to start your day. A wonderful extra was the complimentary water, coffee, and tea available throughout the day, which was a very thoughtful touch. Finally, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend it!
