I kindly asked the reception staff to let me switch rooms and they handled my request very professionally, friendly and super fast! The bathroom was very spacious and well equipped, minibar, coffee maker, good heating system and comfortable beds were a big plus.

The bed was really comfortable. Additionally, all staff (except for 1 person) was very very nice, specially considering that I traveled with a kid of 1,5 years that was always running from one side to the other. The breakfast was also very nice with lots of diversity. The food from the restaurant was also very good.
