Breakfast was not included so I cannot comment. The location is perfect. In the middle of the buzz of Gran Via but absolutely quiet inside the hotel so you can rest without interruptions. The room was spacious and immaculate.

Hotel staff very friendly and well spoken in English. The location was perfect for use of different metro stations an for nearby places to eat and drink. The room was amazing. Very clean, beds comfy and shower excellent.

“My stay was extremely disappointing, with poor cleanliness, bad service, constant sewage smell, and unbearable noise.”

he room smelled like sewage, the air conditioner was not working, and the receptionist at breakfast was rude, angry, and seemed resentful. Most of the cakes served at breakfast were the same ones from the previous day. They keep serving the same stale cake for two or even three days in a row. They did not provide water in the room on a daily basis. They told me I would only get two bottles of water for one day, and that was it. The refrigerator in the room was not cooling, and they had to replace it. The housekeeping staff only changed the bed cover but did not clean the floor. One of the tall housekeepers even seemed like she might hit me. She didn’t clean the room properly, didn’t remove the sewage smell, and didn’t use any air freshener. When I complained about the constant sewage smell in the room, they only brought me an air freshener spray. At night, there was constant noise from the street and cars, so I couldn’t sleep. This was the first time I had such a bad holiday experience.
