“Central, clean and welcoming”
I have stayed here twice before. The hotel is very central, clean and welcoming. The staff have always been very helpful. They even gave me the same quiet, large and comfortable room I had last time. It was nice to have tea and coffee in the room.

Central location was great. Staff were really helpful. Bar closed but we were allowed to meet family in the fabulous atrium and share a celebratory glass of fizz.

“Great stay in a very central location”
The location of the hotel is excellent. It is on a quiet street 5 minutes away from Puerta de Sol and 3 metro stations (Sol, Gran Via and Sevilla) serving different lines are within 5 minutes from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and everything worked. I was on the 5th floor and it was quiet and calm. I like the fact that there were many power points to charge things. The staff members are helpful. Melissa, a staff member was very helpful and went out of her way to print tickets out for me- excellent service from her. I did not use the fitness centre and I did not have the hotel breakfast so I am unable to comment on them.

“Excellent hotel in an excellent location.”
I chose this hotel because of it's location. It's a 13 minutes walk from 203 airport express bus stop and 4 minutes from Puerta del Sol. It's lovely inside, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. We had an early morning tour so missed breakfast one of the days so they made us a take away bag.

“Overall great experience!”
Had a really lovely stay at this hotel in Spain. The location was amazing and definitely the highlight — super convenient and I would absolutely stay here again. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and overall a great experience. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay and would rate it around 7.5/10.
