Very helpful/friendly staff, held package for a week before I arrived. Facilities are about right for the price range, and everything relatively new/in good condition. A bit outside of the city centre, but only a couple minutes' walk to the nearest metro station (Suanzes - Line 5) which is then a 15-20 minute ride into the centre.

“Excellent experience!”
Excellent stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Check‑in was quick and completely hassle‑free. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, with metro line 5 just around the corner. I especially appreciated the breakfast. It was served at the table, and the staff gladly provided a gluten‑free option. This is extremely important to me, and I felt confident that the food was not contaminated, unlike what can sometimes happen with buffet breakfasts. Highly recommended — I would gladly return.

Great location, friendly staff and a great little bar doing snacks (picture) and breakfasts. Nothing was too much bother for the staff, rooms were good size and excellent shower! It really is just like the pictures. Loads of places to eat nearby, and very quick into central Madrid on Metro - buy a card 2.50€ and 10 rides are 7.50€, excluding Airport where there is a surcharge.

“Exceptional Stay!”
The reception staff were amazing! We checked in at 8pm and was met with a gentleman with blond hair(sorry I forgot your name) at reception who was super welcoming and friendly! Was a super easy and quick check in. The staff were also very accommodating, I messaged on the app for an iron at 1am and got a response instantly by the gentleman at receptionist with black hair (sorry I also forgot your name! ) by the time I went downstairs he was waiting with the items! I honestly really appreciated the efficiency, he was also super funny and kind too! Someone who brings a smile to your face 😊 all in all we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend! The bonus was the amazing room! We ordered a room with 2 beds and the beds were 2 double size beds! And the bathroom was beautiful!

“Great value”
Great value for money. Its a little further away from the center, but the subway station is <5 min away. Its very clean, and in a decent area. There are a couple of breakfast spots around

“Excellent”

The hotel exceeded all my expectations: the cleanliness, condition of the rooms, furniture, and facilities are so good that you won't find this in every 4-star hotel! Plus, it has a good location—within walking distance of the metro.

“Great experience”
The breakfast was excellent. The hotel's location is a bit outside the center, but since the metro station on line five is two minutes away from the hotel, it wasn't a problem for me.

“Perfect for a Madrid trip with a budget.”
Location isn’t the prettiest, but Metro station is a few minutes walk and you’re in the centre in 20 minutes. Lovely little hotel with great modern and clean rooms.

“Good spot for a short stay in Madrid”
Nice little hotel, located on a very calm street, close to a metro station, not far from the airport. You can drop your luggage there after checking out which is nice. Bathroom was very spacious and clean. Big comfy beds and pillows.
