“not good value for money - best thing was the bed”
arrive even though we did pre check in had to check in all over again. the breakfast was poor coffee machines not working, no cheese even though i asked, at 8am they deiced to clean they carpets outside our room so got little sleep. value for money very poor suggest stay not worth while

Stayed here before long time ago. The hotel hasn’t been much upgraded from then, but it has become quite a bit more expensive. It’s good enough for a business stay and it’s right next to the metro.

“Out of 2 nights spent there, we slept well only in 1”
The person from checkin was very accommodating with our needs, she showed us 2 rooms so that we can choose the one best suitable to us. We got a room at the last floor, which means we had nice views. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable for us (not very soft).

Got an excellent view of plaza de Castilla from my room, Rooms were neat & clean , Overall Comfort stay of two nights. Location is a plus with Both Bus and metro station just out side the hotel room!

The rooms were very spacious and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay there. We had to change our rooms and the staff was really helpful with this. The breakfast was amazing!

“Nice hotel for a business trip”
Nice hotel. The room is not so big, but ok for the solo traveller. The location is good as well.
