This is not just a hotel, it’s a piece of art! Marvelous ambient atmosphere everywhere you go. The library was a perfect place to relax and get some work done. The room was very comfortable, and the team amazing — they made adjustments for my stay and were always ready to help. Perfect location in the heart of Madrid. Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve been to worldwide.

“Great stay in beautiful Madrid”
Very centrally located between Atocha and Moratín streets. The hotel is within walking distance of many major attractions, including the famous Museo del Prado, Thyssen, and Museo Reina Sofía. The area also offers a great variety of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel’s restaurant and interior design are truly exceptional. My favorite spot was the library, where you can enjoy a coffee in a beautiful and peaceful setting or relax with a good book. The hotel even has its own cinema, Miro, inspired by classic Hollywood theaters. The overall maintenance and cleanliness were outstanding, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable.

“Beautiful comfortable hotel in a good location”
Very comfortable stylish hotel in a good location. The swimming pool was lovely and equipped with hydrotherapy jets. Breakfast was excellent with both a buffet and items cooked to order. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

“A beautiful short stay at a fabulous hotel.”
Room was big, comfortable and clean. We loved the king size bed and the big standalone bathtub. Breakfast had a really good range of options and it was nice to be able to order something from the a la carte menu. The bar/breakfast room is a beautiful space in which to eat or have a drink. The staff were very friendly and really helpful.

“A beautiful hotel in the best location in Madrid, we saw lots of other places and were grateful for”
The property was in a great location (we needed a walk to walked from the 1km from the train station, but it is a bit up a hill so a trek with luggage, next time a taxi). It's right on the edge of new and old Madrid, an easy stroll to all the best places to see, eat and drink. Great spot. The room was a good size and beautiful, no complaints, and the window cracked open for fresh air which we love. The staff were all super keen to help. The facilities are high end, as is the property, with lots of history but modern quality. They also have beautiful food and an exceptional breakfast.
