Excellent hotel, really clean and comfortable, the facilities were top class. Pool and bar area was beautiful. The bathroom in our room was modern and spacious. The best was so comfortable and big. Location, while not in centre of Madrid is easily accessible by train/metro, there are nice restaurants to walk to in the area as well. Will definitely be back to this hotel.

“A gem to be found off the beaten track.”
The hotel has a unique style and many little elements that make it stand out (the instruments, QR codes for playlists, the design). It was super clean, very quiet and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was very nice, too.

“Inconsistent WiFi around hotel and long wait times for service by pool / outdoor area”
The WiFi was poor and inconsistent, and they clearly had staffing issues round the pool as sometimes it would take an hour for you to be served. When I raised this issue the hotel done nothing about it. Wouldn’t stay again

“Loved it!!”
The music theme, the rooms, the personell, the swimming room, the decoration. Very clean and very nice ambiance. Also a very nice street / location, just not in the center (but nice quiet area).

Great hotel, the room was fantastic. Unfortunately due to the weather the pool was too cold and the sky bar was closed so didn’t get the full experience!

“Fantastic hotel”
Almost everything about this hotel was fantastic. Convenient location and the high standards. Excellent. The bedroom was fantastic with a massive bathroom both power showers and bath with extra showering options. Beautiful musical ambience...great staff...extremely clean and fresh. The hotel had an umbrella 🌂 station which saved us for the 4 out of the 5 days as it poured it down. I would highly recommend this hotel. 10 stars 🌟

Location was very good but it's because we need to stay close to our family apartment. Otherwise it's very convenient, easily reachable by metro/train.

“Excellent hotel!”
The beeakfast is excellent! The facilities are very good, the room was big and the bathroom as well. Everything is new and clean. It was a perfect stay, I recomendo it!

“Gimmicks over hospitality”
It’s a great location post a long journey which ends at Charmatin station - if you are into instagramable shots and visuals this themed place will appeal - bed lovely and comfortable and chia pudding for breakfast
