Locations was great, right in the middle of everything. Midway between Palace and Prado. Staff were very helpful and rooms were very clean.

“Fantastic hotel in the centre of Madrid”
Fantastic location right in the centre of town. Very clean and secure hotel. Great amenities and they held my bags after check out time before I had to go to the airport

“Great room, great location.”
Exceptionally clean Breakfast (croissants, donuts, muffins and water) on the door each morning - lovely touch The shared coffee room was really good. 24 hour drinks (juice, tea, coffee etc) and snacks (fruits, 3 different types of biscuits) a space to be outside of the room Room itself was large, very clean and shower pressure was excellent & great toiletries (Dove) Was very quiet. Fridge was really helpful Location was excellent. 30 second walk from Sol metro, sol square, resturants and supermarket and shops

“B&B Hotel Madrid”
Really good location. Had a roof bar and restaurant. We also liked that the room had separate toilet and shower cubicles. Breakfast with cakes and water were delivered to the room every morning and fruit, tea and coffee were available from a small dining room.

“Very convinient location!”
The hotel is in the best location! We could walk everywhere! The room was very clean and the staff very friendly! The bag with the donuts that was on the door every morning was a nice touch!

“Central hotel in a busy and noisy area”
The hotel is very central, back entrance is very convenient as the street by the main entrance gets busy. Room design is nice, bright and modern. The lighting is very cool. Pastry and water provided daily as well as hot drinks and fruits in the kitchen. Microwave is very handy.

Perfect location, close to everything. Also it’s great that free coffee, tea, cookies, and vegetables are available in the common area. Additionally, leaving a small breakfast and water at your door every morning is a very nice gesture.

“Fabulous hotel location facilities stuff everything”
Was unbelievable good stuff so nice and friendly always ready to help you the facility amazing free coffee 24 hours milk fruits and they left a bag every morning with water and some pastries lots drinks free like orange juice apple juice not lime and coffee, tea also locations fabulous not one can be better

Clean. Bed comfortable. Can leave luggage safe when checking out till we could go to the airport. Very important point as city breaks are tiring.

“Great staff, wonderful facilities- a lovely stay overall”
The staff were very friendly and let us into our room before the check in time. The free snacks and coffee downstairs was a great bonus too. The staff also delivered fresh pastries to our room everyday which was a lovely addition!
