"This was our second time staying at this hotel, and it didn't disappoint. The location is absolutely perfect for our needs, but what really makes the difference is the service. The staff were incredibly accommodating and nice, which is so important when you're managing a large school trip. They made us feel welcome and handled everything with a smile. We love coming here and will definitely be back for our next outing!"

Excellent location, right within the city center - this was the best feature. The stay, in itself, was ok. Reservation was without breakfast, yet every morning a bag with goodies was left outside the room - on the door handle.

“Nice location next to Plaza Mayor”
The rooms had a recent refurbish, the bed is super comfortable. The location central but quiet at the same time. There is also a coffee corner open 24/7 with beverages, fruit and biscuits

Wonderful service! I have stayed in expensive hotels, and this one is by no means worse. The staff is very attentive and caring. They somehow manage to create the impression that they are really happy to have me as a guest and genuinely want to do something for me. :) In the local cafeteria (apparently open around the clock, though I didn’t check), there is free tea, coffee, juices, pastries, and fruit. And also – it was a pleasant surprise! – every day they hung a bag with a bottle of water and some kind of pastry on the door handle. My window faced Santa Ana square, and downstairs was Atocha street, but surprisingly, it wasn’t noisy. Absolutely clean, everything brand new. The room is very small, but there are many hooks with hangers, plus a table where you can spread out your things.
