Our go to hotel in Madrid. Perfect location on a pedestrian mall. Walking distance to Plaza Major, Presidential Palace, El Retiro Park and many other attractions. Close to the metro.

“Great stay in Madrid.”
The location was great as it was within walking distance to the Gran Via. There are also many stores surrounding the hotel. The coffee bar the hotel has on the top floor was a highlight as we were able to warm up food and make coffee in the morning. The staff, especially Jamie and Victoria, were so kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

“Magnificent stay, couldn’t fault it”
This was such an incredible stay! Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and a free room upgrade! The room had everything you needed and was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have stayed in away from my own :) Little pastries are left on your door every morning and you have free juice and coffee on floor 5. The little things truly do count! Great location, walkable to everywhere and if you are heading further afield there is a metro stop 2 minutes walk away. Lots of shops, restaurants and amenities on your doorstep. Lastly, the staff were a delight! So genuinely friendly and happy to help. If I were to come to Madrid again, I would definitely stay here.

“Exactly what I needed for a quick visit to Madrid - central and convenient location, nice hotel”
Location was perfect, just a few minutes to Gran Via, the metro station, restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. WLAN was good. I coffee bar area was nice to use for a break and a coffee. The little croissant for breakfast at the door was a nice surprise :-)

Hotel is too expensive for what it is. I actually really didn’t like staying here, there’s a blinking alarm in the room that cannot be turned off so I had sleeveless nights. The bed linens and pillow are very basic and again, it’s too expensive for what it is.

Very comfortable beds and super clean and airy. Spacious room and fab free coffee and snacks for the morning to set up your day! Staff let us leave our bags after checkout and quickly switch our room when there was an issue with the bathroom door. Amazing!
