1) Location 2) The property is very well equipped. Comes with two different types of hair dryer. Unlimited supply of coffee capsules, tea, water. Cooking condiments, washing detergent, softener, all sorts of cleaning aids… the owner is very generous and detail oriented ensuring its your home away from home. 3) Firm mattress and not too soft pillow 4) The building is in a small alley with metal gate that locks at 10p - shield from noise and add another layer of security.

Everything has been perfect. It was clean, cosy, very well situated and on top of that, I have never seen an apartment so well furnished. Our host thought of every single detail that we may need. He even booked a taxi for us to make sure we travel safe. Amazing service! Highly recommended

The accommodation was excellent, located in a great spot with many restaurants nearby. The host was very friendly and provided detailed information about the room facilities, which were all complete and clean. When I encountered a problem with using the washing machine, the host immediately came to assist me. I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this accommodation.

Please The host (Cesar) understands travelers’ needs and does not disappoint. A well stocked kitchen, providing snacks and a continental breakfast, liberal amounts of consumables (tea, coffee, water, milk etc). Furthermore there were plenty of personal (tissues, bathroom goods, first aid kit, shaving kit etc) and household supplies (detergents, bin liners, toilet paper, wash cloths). A friendly welcome was provided by Cesar in person with assurance that he is happy to answer questions at ANY time (and he does indeed do so). Extremely clean apartment and very comfortable furniture from bed to sofas. Great temperature control in the apartment and two lovely windows to the outside.

Superb home, fantastic location, just off Gran Via but yet once you enter the complex it is very quiet & private. Supermarket just across the road & plenty of restaurants close by. Access to metros just a few steps away. Cesar, the owner, is just lovely, he met us on arrival, gave us a tour of the home & gave us plenty of handy tips & recommendations to make our stay in Madrid wonderful. The house is so well stocked - Coffee machine , milk, juice, biscuits, croissants, any number of teas, plenty of plates, glasses, etc, and lots of personal touches in the bathroom & bedroom. Big TV too! And a second TV in the bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay! Cesar was a fantastic host! Excellent communication. The apartment was clean and so incredibly well equiped. Loved the attention to detail. We were sad to leave! Would HIGHLY recommend staying here and if we are ever back in Madrid we will definitely be booking this apartment again!

The location is the best. Near the Gran via but in a passage that is locked at night so it’s quiet. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with what ever you could wish for. As if you are in your own luxurious home Cesar, the owner met us to give us the qey. He is very friendly and helful
