Our stay at this apartment was amazing. Located in the heart of Madrid, it gives you a great opportunity to explore everything by foot, and with outstanding cleanlines and all facilities provided - makes your stay truly comfortable. Pascal makes sure to advise on best things to do / see / try tailored to the group visiting. He was also kind enough to welcome us with a chocolate box, champagne for the New Year’s Eve and candies for our kids. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

The room is comfortable. The best place, as the people of Madrid call it, in Manhatta.The owner is the most friendly person. He gave me the key right away and, as they say, he walked me through everything, explained everything in detail, where I could buy (food), and asked us every day if we needed any help

“Perfect!”

The location was perfect, within walking distance to most central spots in Madrid. There’s a metro station, restaurants, cafés, and a Carrefour right next door. The apartment was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you might need for daily use (paper towels, shampoo, iron, coffee machine, etc.) — and even more. The host, Pascal, was very kind. He called us every day to check if we needed anything, and whenever we did, he helped immediately. We are very grateful to him for his warm hospitality.

“A wonderful experience in Madrid”

We had a wonderful time in madrid . The apartment was warm , self sufficient for a family and very centrally placed. All modes of transport are available at a stone's throw though walking around would be the best way to see the city. There were food supplies, toiletries kept for us and overall a wonderful place to be for a short or long vacation with the family. A very big Thank you specially to Pascal for the warm welcome and timely guidance through our stay in madrid. We missed a connecting flight and so were delayed by a day and arrived late at night but Pascal was there for our family to ensure that we were comfortable and settled. He took out time to guide us on places to visit and was checking on us throughout our trip to make sure we are fine. The day of our departure 01 May, was a holiday and there were festivities planned, he came to ensure that we got transportation to the station for our onward journey. Thank you for making our first trip to spain memeorable

Mr Pascal is a very helpful and caring person…he just not only suggested us the best way to reach but also guided us to see the different part of central city. From water to coffee to chocolates he have given the liberty … it’s like your home. He supported in keeping our luggage after checkout. I recommend this apartment a value for money.

Pascal was lovely to deal with and very helpful. He met us at the apartment to give us keys and show us around, and provided us with a comprehensive list of places to visit and eat at. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our 5-day stay and was very comfortable and secure. The location is great, being just off Gran Via, is close to the Metro station and has a great supermarket at the top of the street. The apartment exceeded our expectations and is excellent value for money.

The location of the apartment couldn't be better. Everything is on walking distance. The building is well maintained and clean. It has two elevators. The apartment is clean, beautiful and cozy. Supermarket is just around the corner. Pascal (the host) is charming and very helpful. He recommended excellent restaurants, rooftop bars and places to visit. He personally came to welcome us and explained a bit surrounding neighborhoods. He also prepared a gift for us and our daughter (sweets, cosmetics and wine). I can fully understand why Pascal is rated as a super host :) One of the best accommodations we had lately.

The apartment's location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything, with pretty much all the major sites (and more importantly all the good restaurants) within walking distance. The apartment itself is really well appointed, clean and comfortable. The owner Pascal is delightful and gave us lots of great tips on places to visit.

Very nice apartement. Perfect for family of 4. Location could not have been better with walking distance to everything in the city centre. Pascal provided the best service, coffee & chocolate in the room, snacks for the kids and excellent advise on places to visit and see 😃👍
