The property is located in a central area close to all amenities. Very clean and also a welcoming host that provided us with all that we needed for our stay.

Such a wonderful apartment! Honestly if we could rate it higher than 10, we would! Host Claudio is so polite and helpful! He met us there and offered us complimentary beer and chips upon our arrival!!! Shared information and tips about the area. Always available with very quick time of response! Thank you for everything Claudio! The apartment is fully equipped!! Spacious, cosy, warm, super clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. Situated in a quiet and safe street even though in the city center, with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, theaters near by. Short walking distance to metro stations, stores, and supermarkets. We highly recommend it and we will definitely return!!! 🫶🏻

It had plenty of room for four friends travelling together for Mad Cool festival.

Very good location, in very vibrant area of the city, but the apartment is still very peacefull, pretty neat and very comfortable. We were with two teens and separate bedroom and beds were great. The host Claudio was very helpfull and pleasant. Great value for the money.

The property is exceptionally well-located and extremely clean. Everything we needed was provided. Claudio is a wonderful host - he greeted us with a smile and a very welcome cold beer! He provided lots of recommendations and was extremely helpful. We followed his recommendations for restaurants and they were excellent.

We had such a great time staying here! Claudio was amazing—he welcomed us with beer and chips, which was such a cool way to start our trip. The place had everything we needed, including a washing machine. Claudio was always helpful and made sure we were comfortable. My only “complaint” is that he didn’t sit down and have a beer with us to say salut! If you’re heading to Madrid, definitely book this spot. Great vibes, great host, and a perfect stay overall!

Great 2 bedroom apartment 10 min walk from Gran Via in a lively but not busy area. A few restaurants and shops are just around the corner but once on Gran Via and Callao you have everything you might want. The location couldn't have been any better. It was also quiet to sleep as it's a residential area. The bedrooms were good sizes as well as the living room / kitchen area. Everything was modern. Wifi is very good and suitable for working. Getting the keys worked fine and the host was available to help via a WA call, which was very helpful.
