Great location, comfortable and more importantly, friendly and accommodating host. The windows provided incredible insulation. All appliances worked great and made our stay comfortable and convenient.

We felt at home from the very first minute. The studio has a great view, is very cosy (especially with the fireplace in winter), and feels spacious. You hear NO sound from outside, very well isolated.

Lovely host, unfortunately we got very sick with covid/ flu.. but having a decent place to rest up was very helpful much nicer than a tiny noisy hotel room

Perfect location - central Madrid. Really well set up apartment with washing machine, AC, coffee machine, lift, comfortable bed. Everything you need for pleasant stay. Walking distance to Sol Metro. Shopping and supermarkets nearby. Helpful host and it’s QUIET!!

The best location ever - everything you need in a walking distance, but absolutely silent, very cozy, stylish and convenient, everything is thought out to the smallest detail - I'm impressed. Juan (the owner) is very attentive, helpful and nice! I couldn't wish any better and would definitely try to stay in this apartment next time I come to Madrid.

Amazing location right near km 0 of Madrid, very nice apartment, clean and beautifully arranged. It has all the necessary modern facilities but still keeps the charm of the old building. It's obvious the hosts care about the comfort of their guests, the bed is very comfortable, there are even albums with suggestion / ideas about places in Madrid.

Comfortable, clean, central to all the city’s sights and places to eat, drink and visit. A quiet, calm, relaxing place right in the heart of the city. Juan was a brilliant host. Communicative and informative, but not intrusive. We spent 4 nights/days enjoying the city including museums, galleries, restaurants, parks and gardens. It was the perfect base for us.

The apartment is located very central. We really could discover Madrid very well. We didn't use the metro, we could walk to all neighborhoods. There were a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment is very quit when the windows are shut. It is very nice to stand at the balcony and see all the live in the streets beneath. The apartment is very well equipped and it is clear that the owners are dedicated to their guests. Juan took initiative to app contact and gave all kind of tips. They kept good in touch if we needed them. Great place, I can really recommend.
