A wonderful stay! This apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with an excellent location. The hosts’ kindness and attention to detail truly matched the spirit of their words. Their welcoming nature added a unique charm to our visit, and we appreciated every moment. What made our stay even more special was reading the host profile — we loved their story and felt the warmth, history, and genuine hospitality behind it. It felt like staying with family, not just in a rental. We also appreciated the late checkout, which gave us the chance to explore more of the Old City and enjoy its main attractions at a relaxed pace. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, authenticity, and real Jordanian hospitality. We will definitely come back for our last night before flying home.

This was our second last-minute reservation. After checking out the previous day to visit Umm ar-Rasas and other nearby sites before heading south to Petra and Wadi Rum, we encountered a technical issue with our vehicle and decided to return to Madaba. We contacted the host to request another night, and despite our late arrival and early departure, the apartment was spotless — fresh bedsheets, towels, and even complimentary treats in the fridge. The host was exceptional: she responded very quickly, answered all our questions, and provided everything we needed. We’ll definitely stop here again for another night before heading to explore northern Jordan. "Very clean and spacious old apartment with charm and character. It has two comfortable seating areas, a dining table, and a well-equipped, well-organized kitchen and rooms. The host welcomed us personally in the garden — a warm and friendly lady who speaks excellent English . She gave us great local tips. Although we arrived a bit late, check-in was smooth and easy. Just a few steps from the apartment and you're in the heart of Madaba — everything is within walking distance. We also truly appreciated the very early morning coffee with delicious local treats, a thoughtful and authentic touch from the lovely owner who looks like my grandma . “Jordan hospitality”

The owner was flexible and very friendly. She nows what is needed during a stay. If we go back to Jordan we have to visit this appartment for longer time. It location is optimal. We recieved some local food and several tips where to go and what to visit.

Everything was perfect! We had a wonderful holiday in Alice and Andrew’s apartment which is very cosy, clean and spacious, good location, has all you need for a long or short stop in Madaba. We were welcomed by Alice and Andrew’s family with open arms, we had a great coffee time and lunch time with this generous family, I’m already missing Alice’s Arabic coffee and traditional cooking😆. Highly recommend for those who want to visit Madaba, your will not experience only a stay, but a local life and culture exchanging. Thanks again to Alice, Andrew, Shadia and Rodina !

The owners were so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home and to have a great experience of Jordan. We felt very welcome and at home. Highly recommend staying here. It’s a place to stay in Madaba- an oasis of calm just a short walk from the main shops, restaurants and sites and a short drive to the airport, great location at the end of our trip around Jordan.

Very convenient location for all the sights of Madaba. Lovely spacious apartment and wonderful to meet and talk to the family. Hosts are very supportive and quick fix any issues, eg how to light the gas heaters! - chilly evenings in December stay. Cosy, private sitting out area axreslnplus in a city apartment.

“Perfect and spacious for families”

The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Knowing we were coming with kids, they intentionally went out and bought toys for them to use. The house is quite spacious with 3 bedrooms and another queen sided bed in the living room (2 queen and 3 single beds). The mattress in the master bedroom didn’t suit us, but there were plenty of beds to choose from. We as a couple slept in the living room and were very comfortable. Another bonus is the entire unit has blackout rollers on the windows. It’s greatly located and although we came by car (& used it to drive to the Dead Sea, Mount Nebo, Bethany Beyond the Jordan and other out of town but accessible drives), we walked everywhere with ease in Madaba, which is a great visit. It’s also close to the Amman airport, so we were very glad to end our stay here (after time in Petra and Wadi Rum, it was the perfect comfort after!). We highly recommend this place!

The apartment was very spacious and very clean. Everything was well kept and organized. The host provided us with some foods which really helped to have something to eat first thing in the morning. This was our initial introduction to Jordan and we hadn't figured out what to buy. The location is within walking distance to the old city and we walked around a lot to see all the archaeological sites and shops. We met the whole family for tea and they spoke excellent English. They are very generous and kind people who offered to help wherever they could. They made us feel welcome right away. They taught us to write our names in Arabic which is a great memento of our stay in Madaba. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

This place is a lovely oasis in the centre of Madaba. The hosts were very welcoming and hospitable, even leaving us some homemade snacks in the fridge on arrival. The apartment was very well equipped, meticulously clean and very comfortable.

The hosts Alice & Andrew and their daughters Shadia & Rodina were kind enough to provide us with a light breakfast since we arrived in the morning. They ensured to provide us with all possible toiletries and other provisions such that we felt we were at our own house. The location of the property is very convenient to walk to the nearby historic attractions of Madaba City & Jordan. We fell sick on the last 2 days of our trip due to the dinner we had at a very reputed 5 star hotel at the dead sea. The hosts made sure that we received all sorts of medical attention, several trips to the hospital, home delivery of medications, home made food and other provisions. We did not feel as if we had rented out the property, we just felt that we were visiting relatives. Our sincere thanks goes out to Dr Louy who took time away from his short vacation to drive us to the hospital and give us all the possible assistance. Thanks to their entire family who kept checking on our well being even after we returned back to Kuwait. This property and the experience we had would always remain as the best for the rest of our lives. Thank you once again for being the greatest hosts. All the very best to you all.

The apartment is located in an inner courtyard, lavishly planted with colorful blossoming plants, an Oasis in a lively city, it was spacious and comfortable with everything needed! More important was the experience of staying with Alice and Andrew. It was like staying with good friends or family. We felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived. Alice and Andrew, as well as their two daughters and a son-in-law were always available to answer questions or give us tips as to what we could visit. Or just to exchange ideas on different topics. We felt like we not only saw Jordan but also had the opportunity to get to know the people. Jordanieans are very friendly and hospitable people, very welcoming. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Everything was great for us: location in the town, parking, large rooms, bath, kitchen, washingmachine. But best of all are the owners, especially the mother. We didn't feel like tourist but guests. We found food in the fridge, all local, prepared by the owners mother. The second day they offered us homemade stuffed wine leaves (the best I ever had) and zucchini cake (waraq dawali + kosa). Highly recommended!
