The location is pretty good, but the beach is about 10 mins, and there is no access from the building, so if you want to enjoy the beach, this is not your place.

“To much paid for what we got finally!”
Location in Newtown is ok. With lots of restaurants and caffees around. Robinsons and seven elleven also around the corner. Nice pool, tough no shady places!
