Booked this just for a short night, really close to the airport (5min by grabtaxi less than 100pesos). Easy check-in, elevator to 6th floor, balcony etc

“Nice apartment near Cebu Airport”
The apartment was an excellent deal for the price. The condominium complex is huge and feels like a real resort, with a very quiet atmosphere. The apartment itself was comfortable and perfect for a short stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget stay in a nice setting few minutes by Grab from the Airport.

“Close to the airport but not noisy”
Clean, close to the airport but not noisy, enjoyable pool area, kitchen with a lot of amenities incl. clean water. Easy check in via the person in the lobby. We could see the planes starting from the airport, which was cool. New building with a lot one room appartments. Super easy to get to the airport.

Very disappointed. We arrived at the condo to be told we were not on their security list, which resulted in us being unable to stay. We were unable to contact the number of proprietor as it was constantly out of coverage. When he or she finally responded to a message we were already heading home. On asking for refund we have been refused and on raising with booking,com have had the case dismissed as they claimed they were unable to contact the owner, didn't make sense since the site confirmed the booking and took the money upfront. We could not stay there through not fault of our own and so far have received no acknowledgement or compensation from the owner or booking dot com which comes across as dishonest and unacceptable.
