Everything about Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark Cebu was perfect. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience. Even when I unexpectedly got sick and had to be admitted to the hospital for 6 days, the resort went above and beyond to help. They immediately arranged their in-house doctor and emergency vehicle to bring me to the hospital. They were very understanding and allowed my kids and family to stay comfortably while I was away. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional the entire time.

Amazing. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a villa and it was beautiful and so spacious. The balcony was huge and a great addition. The water park was also very cool. The buffet breakfast was also amazing.

The resort delivered a bright and lively resort atmosphere that felt genuinely holiday-ready. As a solo traveller, I found the staff exceptionally warm and welcoming, and I happily give them a smile score of ninety-five per cent. We also secured a great rate on Booking.com, and upon arrival I was upgraded to an even better room, which certainly put a smile on my face. The grounds were pleasant, the pools well maintained, and the overall environment relaxed and inviting.
