All very helpful and friendly staff. Great meal and experience in sky bar. Good safe and secure parking. Excellent breakfast. Short walk into town and the river. Would definately stay again and can highly recommend. Great en route hotel to the south.

“Lovely hotel, food could do with improving”

Food was below par for an evening meal, if that is what was being presented. The small salmon fillet was not hot enough, not fully cooked, although edible, the plates were cold, and the vegetable part of the dish was hot. Was it worth 20 Euros, no I do not think it was.

The location was excellent, offering both convenience and a real sense of place, while the availability of private parking made arrival and departure completely stress-free. The food was a real highlight throughout the stay—thoughtfully prepared, high quality, and consistently enjoyable. Breakfast in particular stood out, with a generous selection and beautifully presented dishes that set the tone for the day. Overall, these elements combined to make the stay exceptionally comfortable and memorable.
