Local room, basic but sufficient for two nights. Hosts are nice.

“Comfortable hotel with amazing river and moutain views”

Our room was pleasantly furnished and had all that we needed for a couple of nights stay. What we loved about the Panorama was the balcony overlooking the raging river and surrounding mountains. The sight and the sound of the river was fantastic. The location was great as it was an easy walk from the train station, the Machu Picchu bus transfer area and all the restaurants in the town. The hotel was at the quiet end of town with only the river for noise. We had a friendly breakfast cook, who created a varied and attractive buffet as well as eggs cooked the way you like them.

Very good breakfast, starting from 4:30am (!!!) Nice room, though on a bit smaller side. Lot's of outlets and even wireless charging pads.

The location was beautiful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the mountains and the river. It was so nice to sit there each morning and each evening. The breakfast was very yummy, a great variety, fresh fruit, hot meals, and someone making omelets on demand. The room had a kettle, coca tea etc The staff was very friendly. We had forgotten some things there then came back the next day and they had kept it for us.

The owners were really helpful, showing us where to buy bus tickets to Machu Picchu. The location was excellent. Beautiful views of the river and close to the bus stop. Comfy beds and nice bathroom.

“Great location and very comfy”

The location is great, not close to the noisy train yet still near the city centre. There’s a lovely view of the river and mountains. The staff were friendly, and check-in was a breeze. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.

Christophe and his team were friendly, helpful and genuinely good people. Christophe even met us at the train station, carried my wife's bag and gave us all the info we needed as we walked to the Panorama. Great location, great character to the place and just what we wanted for a 3 night stay. Thanks for a great stay Christophe 🙏🏼

“Great stay for Machu Pichu visit, the room has everything we need”

The bed is super comfortable, the staff is helpful and friendly, the shower is spacious and water is hot.

“A good option to stay in Aguas Calientes”

Super nice staff, they gave us a lot of advice and explanations on how to get ready for Machu Picchu. They also came to meet us directly at the train station to show us the way to the hotel. The owner has a french restaurant just 5 minutes away that is also very nice: just ask the reception and they will direct you. Also they let us store our luggage in the hotel after check out during our Machu Picchu visit.

Great location - just out of the main busy town centre but an easy walk from the train station and to the Machu Picchu bus stop. Comfortable, good breakfast from 4.30am and lovely helpful staff.
