“A cold mistico of lacking things”

Mistico is a decent hotel, it's clean and on a quite location in the back of Machu Picchu. We had a spacious room, the bed was nice and big . My girlfriend was cold so we could use the heater and that was very nice. The paintings in the hotel a beautiful.

Very cozy, sound of the river, be prepared that it's really loud, but I loved it more that a loud music for sure Very very friendly stuff

“AVOID. The whole room is always HUMID n the Staff is the Rudest. The guy made INAPPROPRIATE QUESTIONS WHILE I WAS ILL”

Nothing. They. Forgot to pick me up! I had to wait 2h for them to send someone!! It smells like boiled egg as it’s next to the thermal waters, it’s also a steep climb up, so wouldn’t recommend it for people with knee injury or old people, the room is always wet and with mosquitoes as it’s right next to the river. There is no extractor in the bathroom. The breakfast is basic. The bathroom lacked soap or shower gel. I asked for it and only got shower gel. The staff is not trained. They have no clue what it means HOSPITALITY. They said several times they are not here to serve people but they want money from it.

“Nice stay by the river”

Great location next to the river with a balcony. I prefer the sound of the river to loud music, so it was a bonus for me. Hot drinks available 24 hrs and breakfast bag if your going to Machu Pichu early.

The beds were comfortable, Room was spacious, Bathroom was a good size, Had a balcony that overlooked the river, Staff were very friendly

Good location and clean room. Friendly staff and take away breakfast was very handy.

The little balcony, the great beds and the hot shower. Located in a quiet corner of Aguas Calientes and close to the baths!

Such a beautiful location and helpful staff, I wish I stayed longer.

Doors was closed at the morning.. so when you want to get up early to take your ticket to macchu it’s definitely not the good place! Even if you need some emergency you can not get out that’s very no safe and insane Stay away

“A pleasant stay, helpful staff.”

A nice place to stay for few days. Loved the balcony view from the room. It takes about 5 minutes of running the water to get hot water in the shower. The staff were friendly, and although they didn’t speak English, they used a translation app to communicate. Thanks for meeting me at the train station.

Friendly stuff. Good early breakfast and also a possibility for takeaway.

“Nice & Cozy”

We left very early for our tour, and we were unable to get hot water from the shower. Besides that, everything went very well. We even had a box lunch for the road.

The location was good, but up many hills, but make no mistake, it's a hostel, not a hotel or B&B!

The room was nice and clean and it was nice to sit on the balcony to rest and listen to the river. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice and helpful staff. Good value for money. Location is really nice and picturesque, but you might need earplugs or be a heavy sleeper for the river sounds.
