“Dreadful staff”
Breakfast was decent and we liked that it was available from 05:00. We also liked the shower. We liked being met at the station by a staff member.

The hotel is a bit tucked behind Machu Picchu but still accessible. Our room was very clean and spacious, we booked one with a mountain/city view. That was definitely worth it. We needed a bit of luxury for one night and it really felt like that. Good breakfast to, a bit more items are offered compared to other hotels in Peru.

Good location, breakfast included. We were able to leave our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu.

“Beautiful, cosy hotel. Pleasure to stay.”
Bedroom and bathroom are spacious, clean. Hotel very cozy, great breakfast. Hotel employees are friendly, welcoming and will take care of you. Enjoyed every minute of my stay and had a very good sleep. Recommend. Wish I had more time to stay longer.

Nice view from the room. Good advice from the staff on how to reach the bus going to Machu Picchu. Check-in from 12:00 was great.

The hotel was overall good value for money. The staff met us from the train which was really nice of them and were helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and a nice view over the town.
