“Good location but worn hotel”

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the buses for Machu Picchu, which makes it a practical choice for visitors. The breakfasts were also satisfactory and provided a good start to the day. However, the hotel and the rooms are very outdated and would benefit from a complete refurbishment. The bathrooms are particularly old, and many of the facilities appear worn and in need of modernisation. While the location is good, the overall condition of the property did not meet my expectations.

The service started well from the moment we arrived. We were collected from the train station by a very helpful member of staff who walked us to the hotel and even showed us where to buy the bus tickets for Machu Picchu, which was greatly appreciated. The location was excellent and convenient for exploring the village. The room was nicely presented on arrival, with rose petals on the bed and creative towel art, which made for a welcoming first impression.

I would Book it again. I Had a Lot of space. The Staff was nice and even picked me Up from the train Station. ( Which is btw Just 5 minutes by feet away).

Exceptional value for your money. The hotel boasts a central location right next to the bus stop for Machu Picchu, which was convenient for my early morning departure. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. After checkout you can leave your baggage securely in the hotel locker. The rooms are clean, and I enjoyed perfectly cooked scrambled eggs at 5:30 AM. A highlight is the stunning glazed rooftop terrace with comfortable sofas, offering breathtaking views of the entire town and surrounding mountains.

Great location and super friendly staff. I guess okay for the price. Infekt very welcomed and all in all it’s a good budget hotel. Staff picked me up from the train station which was super nice.

Good location, close to main attractions as well as train station. Good variety for breakfast. Room amd bathroom were spacious enough.

Staff were nice, breakfast was very good and location is great, although the town is very small.

The (kingside) bed was huge and comfortable. The bath was an unexpected bonus. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

The room was large, with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. The staff were very kind and helpful. I also booked an Inca massage at the hotel and it was wonderful, I definitely recommend it! I recommend this hotel. It’s just for short stay for visiting Machu Picchu.

“Comfortable and convenient hotel for Machu Picchu”

Very clean room and hotel. Lift was helpful as we had heavy backpacks and tired legs from hiking. They provided a great takeaway breakfast for the day we went to Machu Picchu as we needed to join the bus queue before breakfast started. They also kindly let us put our bags in lockers whilst we were out for the day after we checked out.

Great location, close to bus stop to Machu Picchu and both railway stations but a bit on the side from the noisy street. There was an options of leaving bags after check out Great breakfast (with vegetarian options) on the 6th floor. Friendly personnel.
