“Wonderful place”

Wonderful property, large rooms with high ceilings. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms all with quality fittings . The view was lovely and the parking was perfect for our 3 cars and very secure. Mariella, the hostess was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Overall we loved the place . The pool was an extra bonus 😀

“Family holiday in Marche”

MIA house and garden is a four bedroom apartment with four bathrooms. The indoor photos are accurate. What you cannot see from the photos is that the view from the apartment is spectacular, the pool is a good size and deep enough in the other end that you can dive, the kitchen is equipped with full set of dishes and cookware and that there are many seating areas around the building, making it possible to enjoy natural shade or sun the whole day. The bedroom areas are airconditioned but it is rather easy to cool the apartment also naturally since the doors/windows are wisely located. The owner has a very lovely dog there who is willing to play all day, but also stays happily by himself in his own space, if you don’t like dogs. The owner is very friendly and helpful but leaves you space to enjoy your holiday as if you had rented a private villa. There are some decent restaurants within walking distance and an excellent ice cream bar. If you love walking, it may be possible to make the trip without a car, as there is a small grocery store only 600 meters from the apartment. However, due to rather steep geography of the area, a car is recommended by us. Guests can park their (one) car inside the fence of the house.
