Very clean and super comfortable. The garden provided and relaxing place to spend time after dinner. Very happy with our stay.

A quiet place on a residential part of Macerata. I rented double room with separated bathroom. The room was rather dark with a small window, but clean and equipped with everything needed for a few days' stay - bedlinen, towels. There is a cozy lounge / breakfast room and a kitchen available for guests, but only for heating water for tea. One cannot cook food in it. Everything clean and tidy. The owner is available and helpful. She prepares herself typical Italian breakfast- cakes, jams, honey, yoghurt, juice, coffee. In front of the entrance there is a terrace full of flowers. Parking is on the street in front of the house. I recommend those place for short stay in Macerata

“Excellent value for money and the owner couldn't have been more helpful.”
We had a large enough bedroom but with the use of a large balcony and small lounge area and a lovely garden, the overall accommodation was all we could possibly want. It was very very hot weather when we were there but the air-conditioning unit coped very well. In a very quiet neighbourhood with parking outside. We had keys to come and go as we pleased. Easy quick access to city by car from a lovely location at the edge.

“Macerata with love”
The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. Green environment and silence. The house is unique with the landlady tastes and the furniture talking about ancient times.

Bed was comfortable, nice design, bathroom good enough, nice balcony with a splendid view. Breakfast was sufficient, but all sweet.
