“Super comfortable, modern, professional hotel, with lovely staff and in a great location.”
Super clean, modern well-designed hotel in a great location on the Maceió beachfront. The room was enormous and the bed was even bigger! Very comfortable. Subtle air-con that did it's job without being audible. The wifi was quality. Nice bathroom and great, powerful shower. Fast elevators and it never took long for one to arrive. Great breakfast with lots of quality choices. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

“Great place to stay if you're coming to Maceió”
Phenomenal staff overall, everybody is super polite and treats you well. Shower is very good, food is amazing on the breakfast and for the lunch/dinner restaurant, too. Everything is clean, well organized and beautiful. Incredible and charming fish at the entrance, such a nice addition that I didn't know I needed. The entrance guy responsible for the luggage handling had an amazing voice, he could be a voice actor.

“Great hotel!”
Absolutely amazing! The location was great and the staff were absolutely impeccable! Smiles all around and so much attention to detail. My birthday was the day after we checked in and I did not mention anything to anyone but they still delivered a cake to my room. The breakfast was amazing! So many options! But what really got my attention was how amazing the staff were and how welcoming they made us feel. Thank you!

“Had a great stay here at best western”
Great staff, great location. The breakfast was good and the rooms were perfect for what we wanted, especially as they gave us what we requested. The reception staff were always helpful. We are very happy with this hotel. The bonus was it being right across the road from the beach!
