All the team that I dealt with were extremely helpful and supportive. They quickly responded to any queries and assisted me in arranging transport on the day of departure. Additionally they were able to provide guidance as needed for getting around the city.

“Perfect 2 night stay in a Wonderful hotel. This is why we love W hotels.”
We stayed in the wonderful king room. It didn’t disappoint with view of the Eiffel Tower and room was luxurious. Spa and pool with steam room, sauna and cold plunge pool. All very nice and still new. Great service.

Absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. W Macau was exceptionally clean and truly luxurious, with spacious, beautifully designed rooms that included a comfortable living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel valued throughout the entire stay. The breakfast deserves a special mention. It was outstanding. A rich and diverse selection with everything you could possibly want, all of it of very high quality. Honestly, there’s no category where I could give less than a perfect 10. Without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Beautiful building -wide variety of shops. Excellent service from service attendant to get early check in. Door people were all polite and welcoming. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom facilities were excellent. Breakfast was extensive, good quality and great service.
