“We felt welcomed and warm throughout our stay from 24-28”
The hotel was in an area easily accessible to many of eateries, sights and shopping in new Macao. This made it enjoyable for guests at St Regis The air quality in entire facility was good. Our rooms were cleaned and neatly arranged. Housekeeping worked hard to make certain we had comfort. The hotel staff from at front desk reception led by a manager Ms Nancy Ho were very connected, focused and out to ensure they delivered the quality. Special thanks too to Neil Chan, Gigi Lai, Winnie Yip and Ryan Martin from food and beverage room service It was a wonderful experience

“If in Macao don't miss it!”
We had a wonderfull time, everything was wonderfull the room , the surroundings , the bars, the restaurants, the show with the queen. But, what was trully amazing was the staff, from the receptionist to the cleaning personnel, true proffesionals, many thanks to the concierge team and especially to Shea Chung and Paul Liu.

Staff is very friendly and they make you feel cared by always addressing me by my last name when I visited their F&B outlet. Also delighted me with birthday surprises! Also nice breakfast and it runs till 1pm!

“Fantastic”
Lovely location and everyone was so incredibly helpful and accommodating! Mark helped us with our luggage and he was so friendly and kind. They made my stay special as it was a birthday celebration and it really was memorable. Room extremely comfortable and it was a fantastic choice on the strip!

The hotel was huge as it was easy to wander to the adjacent hotels and shops from the Londoner, the Conrad and through the connection bridge to the Venetian and the Parisian. The service from the staff members were friendly and courteous that face as a very welcome feeling.

“Excellent stay at St. Regis”
Overall our stay was extremely comfortable and well taken care of. The staff were super supportive and nice and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. I was travelling with 2 senior citizens and 2 kids and they ensured everything went smoothly for us including check in, dinner arrangements and the amazing breakfast buffet
