The staff make the Crowne Plaza where I would come again. The standard of rooms along with cleanliness of the rooms and whole hotel, show how perfection a worker enjoys their jobs. An omelette chef is always good. Bed and pillows were perfect and spotless (no staining). Thank for my stay memorable.

Very nice & clean room with good view. Excellent service by the staff especially Joyce, Joey & Anne at the front desk. They are very helpful and courteous through our stay..making it feels like home away frok home. Transport & proximity to the F & B places are great. The Chinese restuarant serves great food with value for money.

The staff were very helpful and kind. Booked us taxis whenever needed, gave help on where to shop and celebrate the New Year from, helped with currency exchange etc.
