Overview
In the centre of Maaseik, Het Agnetenklooster offers elegant rooms with a private bathroom and free Wi-Fi. The Grand Place is a 5-minute walk. Maastricht is 25 minutes by car. The country style rooms have exposed wooden beams and a seating area. The suite is decorated in baroque style with pictures on the wall and a view on the garden. Breakfast is served in the living room which overlooks the lush garden. Several cafes and restaurants are located within a 5-minute walk from the B&B. Guests can make use of bicycle rental at Het Agnetenklooster. You can also relax in the garden or on the terrace with one of the provided newspapers. Genk is 30 minutes by car. Hasselt is a 45-minute drive from the B&B. it is 25 minutes by car to the E314 highway. The Dutch A2 highway is 4.5 km away.

“Very enjoyable”
Location was excellent, and only a short walk to restaurants in the town square. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful host, who even came and met us when we had trouble finding the B&B.

“Beautiful Building and Location, but the Suite Lacks Comfort and Atmosphere”
We loved the historic beauty of the building, especially the authentic staircase. The living room provided a lovely and comfortable setting for breakfast, which was delicious and high-quality. The hotel's location is a significant plus, as it's close to the city center and just steps away from several excellent restaurants offering a memorable culinary experience.

“First class property”
This is a fantastic place to stay.. So much to enjoy inside the house and in the large quiet garden. Attentive and very welcoming host. Excellent breakfast. The best B&B I have ever stayed in. Lovely village too, with many restaurants within a few minutes walk.

“Calm, beautiful, friendly and personal”
This was one of the best hotel experiences ever. The place was beautiful and most important the owner made us directly feel as her welcomed guests and she helped us make the best of our short stay in Maaseik. She suggested and booked a very good restaurant and all her other suggestions turned out to be very pleasant as well. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and it is even a reason to visit this nice little town.
