Exceptionally helpful owners. The property, located in the very centre of a small mountain town, had a beautiful view onto the nearby castle's gardens and over the roofs of neighbouring rustic buildings. The house was newly refurbished. Each of the three apartments was named after a flower. Our apartment was called Begonia. It was modern and tastefully furnished, with the leading theme of colour orange. The beds were comfy, the user friendly bathroom had a walk-in shower. Kitchenette was very well equipped which made it easy to prepare small meals. We also liked the possibility to get to know the history of the house and its previous inhabitants. On the ground floor, in a room accessible to visitors, there were pictures from the beginning of the last century of the previous owner, the local doctor, and his wife, and a photo book of the house renovation.
