Extremely helpful host who explained everything down to the smallest detail and was always at your service. Great location 15-20 minutes walk from all good locations. Excellent public transport connections. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Free parking in old centre rare. On the edge of old town. Comfortable size, with kitchenette. Modern bathroom. Almost instant response from owner on any query via the booking.com App. Close to a public transport hub, so easy to catch buses. Although the reservation indicated it was 20m square, it seemed much larger. Despite all the negatives I list, I would recommend it.

This apartment is perfectly located if you want to have easy access to major tourist attractions. It is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, as well as bus stops and a train station. I found the apartment is well equipped with basic kitchen utensils, enough if you plan to make a simple breakfast or so. Most of the time we used local restaurants anyway. Also, the area is very quiet, and sleeping with the windows open was not a problem at all, which is great when nights are hot. Finally , the communication with the landlord is super easy and efficient. I strongly recommend staying in this apartment.

A nice and clean appartement very well located to explore the old town. Also, the included parking is a real benefit if you travel by car.

Cosy studio appartement in charming old building near Vieux Lyon and Saône. Well placed for discovering the town by foot or public transport. Appartement was clean and well equiped.

We had a terrible experience with the communication . The communication when checking in was poor in regards to guiding to parking area. The parking area is atleast 700m walk from the property. Which we were not informed before. I have a pregnant wife and had to manage all luggage myself. The parking tag we got initially was badly communicated with us. They didn’t inform that the tag is in keysafe. It wasted 3 hours of my time sorting my car parking. Worst part, they weren’t answering the calls when we needed to communication this problem. We had to text on booking.com and they come back really slow with unclear instructions. Heater was not working according to the instructions provided. We struggled so much what the cold on the first night. Most importantly, the flat is in 2nd floor. They don’t have lift, that staircase is the most the dangerously narrow and slippery staircase if you have luggage to carry upstairs. I have a pregnant wife and she really struggled to climb up. I have hurt myself twice while I’m taking the luggage upstairs. It is extremely narrow. It is extremely disappointing for the owner to not mention this point. Visitors can really struggle as it’s not a suitable situation for many.
