A stylish and comfortable apartment! Great location, walking distance to the city center with restaurants in the very close proximity, and 5 min walk to a parking garage (we appreciated the parking card a lot).

The bathroom was very well appointed, bed was comfortable and the parking was included and handy. Complementary drinks.

The location is great - the apartment was beautiful and cool when we arrived which as fantastic. The bed was super comfortable- pillows could have been better. Only warning as others have said the 4 story walk up is a bit of a killer with luggage - but the car park was I see full we left items we didn’t need in there to lighten our bags

“There was a conflict and they left us to take the blame”

Please don’t make our mistake - this apartments doesn’t have a separate luggage storage service. They confused us with their beautiful story about starting their business. You can only leave your luggage when you check-in. Their promised 24/7 service is a key in the box and chat through booking.com. Unfortunately, the conflict wasn’t resolved, the staff didn’t accept their mistake and we were accused of blackmail so, I am attaching all texsts with the staff. We didn’t ask early check-in, we asked to leave our luggage 1.5 hours before check-in. If the staff had immediately said the luggage storage service is unavailable without check-in, the question would have been closed. If they wanted to give us a bonus with early check-in, they could have written - your room is ready. “We will do…” - this is a promise, not a message of readiness. Their policy includes a compensation for damage to anything broken within 500 euros. I wrote about the broken shelf and lamp at 6 pm but didn’t receive agreement about it that day. But they apologized and said that my room was ready earlier. Why didn't they say that it was ready immediately? We walked for 1.5 hours with suitcases around the city. The next day there was unpleasant texts and accusations. If anyone is interested in the details, I’m attaching screenshots here. Maybe we didn’t understand each other, but there is one difference between they and us - they provides the service for my money, it is their job. They have to inform me in correct way, and additional benefits are at their discretion. If they didn't take payment in advance, we would have found another apartment immediately. Other disadvantages: - circular staircase to the 4th floor without elevator (we could, but it may be a problem for someone) - not the best area, I would recommend living between the rivers - it's noisy outside

Clean and comfortable, modern fit out, good location to walk to down and parking nearby. Hosts provided clear instructions on how to access and the included parking is a plus.

Bed was good.

The apartment is amazing! Exceptionally clean and so spacious. The kitchen is very well equiped, bed is comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious. Lots of natural light from the two large windows plus skylight in the bedroom (which can be closed). Excellent location close to some outstanding restaurants. Added bonus of a great sound system. Oh and the view!! Excellent arrival instructions and great communication with our host. Can’t recommend the apartment enough!

Great location. Clean apartment. Mattress very soft for our liking and bedside table on one side had fallen off the wall. Owners/ managers vey helpful.

“We loved this modern loft apartment”

We loved the large loft apartment. The design was amazing and it was very large for two of us. The kitchen was well equipped . There wad no lift so was difficult to bring our heavy luggage up three flights of winding stairs. The front windows looked on to the riverside. We opened them at night but the noise from people enjoying themselves went on through the night till the early hours of the morning.

The location is very good, you can walk everywhere. subway is very close The house I stayed in was very clean and tidy thank you

“Basic accommodation close to Lyon Centre.”

Everything was there that was required, but not much else! The design was clean and the bed was comfortable - we slept well. It took some effort too get the induction hob to work, but once running (and we had purchased a plate to work on the hobs) it worked well. Lighting was good. The market in front of the dor is excellent for fresh food.

The apartment was spotless and very well designed with beautiful wooden beams, location is perfect and close to the river, quite charming, everything you need is there.

“Sexy!”

It is amazing and clean, the bathtub and the shower are all digital. Big TV with good sound system. Open bathroom, modern kitchen, big fridge. The lights in the room are very professionally set (I need some time to figure it out, but it's great for mood). Very, very, very good!
