Location in a lively community area, with excellent shops and cafes. Easy walk to the Metro. Apartment was tremendously well equipped and the terrace a wonderful bonus.

When we first arrived we were quite concerned as the carpark is like nothing we've ever seen. Luckily once we opened the door to the apartment we were pleasantly surprised..... thank God. Its a nice place, well equipped, clean with good shower. We did find the bed not to our liking and neither of us like the square European pillows. The balcony is big and a nice spot to be in good weather. So it's only when you enter via the car park that things don't look too good, but via the main street entrance, not a problem. It is hard to find accommodation with car parking in Lyon at a reasonable price. We never felt un safe and certainly will remember this place.

“I wish I could stay avec le soleil”

The location and roof top and owner really nice person. The location just next to a great supr market, some great bakery store and you can enjoy the marche on the weekend just next door. The view from balcony was amazing.

“Magnificent apartment”

I'll start from the beginning. Very simple registration system, a very polite person gave us the key not far from the apartment. The apartment itself is a penthouse, the only one on the floor, with a huge terrace, and a great view from it. The apartment itself is clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher and a washing machine, for which cleaning products were thoughtfully left. Various board games, a large TV, there is even an xbox :) There is a grocery store nearby, and delicious bakeries. I never had to contact Clément, because everything was perfect. I would definitely like to come back here in the summer

“Charming and clean - access to metro and a parking space!”

Everything was great! The apartment was clean and cozy and we had everything we needed. Clement would always quickly answer any questions and gave very clear instructions for the apartment and garage. Pickup and drop off of the keys were arranged with the bar across the street which was very convenient. The location was great, 10ish minutes on foot to the metro station and a lot of nice bars and coffee shops in the area.

Wonderful apartment, host was very kind, and had thought about everything. The terrace was beautiful, and accessibility to town was good. Loved the kitchen, super comfortable space. Cant recommend highly enough for a stay for two. I hope to go back one day.

It is an awesome place in a nice area of the city. There is everything you need in the apartment and outside of it. There is a shop 10 meters away.

It was very hard to fault this apartment. While the apartment isn't huge, it is designed with great creativity and the terrace is an absolute addition! We really enjoyed the neighbourhood and the walk into the city, even with a toddler and pram, was very easy. Overall, we loved it.

The location of the apartment is good - not too far from busses or metro. Everything was clean and comfortable. All the basics are stocked for you (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, condiments, chocolates, dishwasher tablets, laundry powder) - it is a very lovely touch (a place we stayed in Paris left 2 dishwasher tablets for 2 weeks stay and no guide book...). The balcony offers good views of the suburb and the metallic tower.

A perfect stay in Lyon. Away from the tourist ‘action’ but still close enough. The apartment itself has everything you need and is clean, comfortable and practical. The supermarket downstairs has an amazing range of food. Host very helpful and communicates everything. We loved it. Top rated accomodation.

This was awonderful apartment. Everything you could need was there. Basic cooking needs plus extra touches. Very spacious, amazing terrace that we spent a lot of time on in the evenings. Good air conditioning. The car park was a big bonus for us otherwise almost impossible to find parks nearby. Very safe. Great communication. Can't rate highly enough.

Excellent location close to many fresh food shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Close to Lyon city transport links & (if preferred) only 30 min. walk from Rhone-Express airport link or Lyon "old" centre area. Apartment was great size for 2 of us (we do like space) & wonderful furnished terrace area around 3-sides of apartment.

We stayed with our little one in this apartment, it was very clean and fully equipped to cook some meals there but also with toys and books for our kid. Terrace was of course lovely although many days it was too windy to experience it in its max. less than 1’ walk from big supermarket and bakery and popular saint louis food market many days a week, very close to bus line, around 30’ walk to centre of Lyon.
