Great hosts, hospitality and view. The place is well located, not far from the sea and has an amazing swimming pool. The rooms have a table outside on the terrace with chairs to relax and enjoy the view. Great breakfast as well that you can select from the a la carte menu. Very kind people that run the place!

A stunning property in a spectacular place. Watch the sun set over the pool as you’re eating wonderful homemade food by the friendliest host and listening to the birds sing. The location felt so peaceful and calm, yet was easy to access nearby beaches and fishing villages.

The amazing view from our apartment above the restaurant. Other guests were very quiet. The ambience was peaceful. Most of the time we were the only people around the pool. Would recommend going to Rose in the evenings

Place with a great atmosphere. The owner is an amazing person who makes you feel comfortable and helps with everything. There is as well a posibiloti to buy her handcraft. Every detail was taken care of, the room was lovely and clean. There was as well great restaurant with homemade food. The area is full of nature and it is the best place to rest and relax. The sunsets were beautiful.

The pool was fabulous, clean and the perfect depth for families; the service was awesome: friendly, swift and attentive; the food was simple but delicious; and having a van arrive every morning (except Sunday) with groceries to buy was very handy. The location was secluded but with access to some of the more relaxed beaches in Monte - but equally beautiful. Mirista, Zanjic and particularly Rose were wonderful beaches. Overall, Bilijana’s hospitality made the stay simply wonderful. It was lovely to meet her and her family. We had a wonderful holiday!

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment overlooking the pool with our 8 and 6 year old. The apartment was clean and the bedrooms were comfortable. The chairs in the living space were less comfortable but we loved the large terrace with views over the mountains and across to the sea. The little kitchen met our needs. The pool was a good size and our kids absolutely loved it. There are only 5 apartments so the pool was quiet - we felt like we had it to ourselves! The property is inland but it is only a 5 minute drive to Rose which is a lovely little harbour with a small beach and places to eat. You can also easily drive to other little beaches. The area is less overtaken by tourism than Kotor and the roads were quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

“Gorgeous apartment, peaceful and lovely owner”

The owner of this place is so so friendly and helpful. The view from the pool is stunning and the pool area itself is clean and comfortable with lots of different types of seating options and shade if needed. Breakfast had to be ordered the evening before but was great value and delicious. We also ate an evening meal here, pre ordered a few hours before and stated the time we wanted it. Food was delicious and again great value. The apartment had everything we needed, and if you had a child or baby they even had a cot and baby bath available. Beds were really comfortable. Our outdoor seating area/patio was in the shade and big. There were other areas we could use to enjoy the sun if we wanted to. Parking was available for free. We loved the little dog and all the cats :)

“Difficult to reach - but do not miss!”

Spacious apartment with comfy beds and sizable terras with a beautiful view to the sea and to the mountains. The breakfast was at additional cost - but very tasty and worth every penny. The pool is great - we started our day here and finished after we came back from the beach.

Everything was perfect! the is very friendly and caring. We enjoyed our stay at Luštica very much.

stunning villa in a little village located the countryside around Kotor very far from the crowded beaches and mass tourism of summer's Montenegro . beautiful private swimmimg pool and huge nature all around. the staff is very friendly and you are welcome with sincere smiles highly reccomended

“Second time in this piece of paradise - perfect!”

This was our second time with the lovely Biljana and her family and it did not disappoint. Pool is perfect (and was much needed in the heat), loungers and beanbags are plentiful and comfy, the views are stunning and you are surrounded by nature (you can even hear mountain jackals at night!). It really is the most beautiful location. And of course the owners are super friendly, attentive and kind. The road to and from the place is challenging (from other drivers, not so much the actual terrain) but this keeps it off the beaten track. So it does take a while to sightsee from here, but it's lovely to return to after a day out. Blue Horizon beach is well worth a day at - busy but large enough to feel uncrowded, and the shallow sandy beach is safe and perfect for water ball games. Rosa is nice but parking a nightmare and it's very pricey. Prices in general in Montenegro have leaped up since our last visit in 2018. Kotor is theoretically about 40 min drive but Kotor has become gridlocked with traffic, especially if cruise ships are in, and we were stuck in 20min+ traffic jams every time we went. I'd say just relax and take advantage of the beauty on your doorstep :-) Hvala once more Biljana & co 🥰 We hope to see you again, a little sooner than 5 years this time!

I loved everything about Lustica Apartments. The family, house, pets and the quaint surroundings. The entire experience made me feel so much more connected to nature, which I now appreciate all the more as a city person.
