Beautiful property, right by the water! Our cabin was small but comfortable and clean

Beautiful place! Great view! Friendly staff! We slept in a big tent with all comforts on the shore of the fjord. Wonderful!!!

“Not the best value for money”

We were aware of the extra charge for showers and the need to bring our own bed linen and towels, so this was not an issue. However, overall, the place feels like it does not offer much for the price. The area by the fjord is not very well arranged and lacks inviting spots to sit and enjoy the view. The buildings seem scattered without much order, and the bunk beds in the room were quite narrow. What surprised us most was that even the cleaning fee was not included in the price. Considering that Norway has many free camping options, we did not find this campsite to be good value for money.

Quick and easy check in, nice location, and even a restaurant where we had some pizza for dinner. Everything was nice and clean and it was so great to swim in the clear blue water.

The cabin is very beautiful and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The campsite staff are very friendly and helpful. The surrounding landscape is truly breathtaking — we’re leaving completely in love with the place.

The room was right on the fjord. It was basic with no running water but cute, quiet, and clean. There are shared showers and toilets, much like a North American campground. There was a small kitchen in the cabin, and there is a communal one with more facilities- including a microwave, which seems rare in Norway campgrounds. There was an amazing sauna with glass walls and a view of the fjord. It looks like a mirrored box, but you can see our from the inaide. You need to book it, but it was a lot of fun getting hot and then jumping into the freezing cold fjord water. The pizza sold at the front desk/cafe was also very tasty. There is no real wifi to speak of, so it you want to be connected bring you own data.

It was really a stunning place with excellent view to the fjord. The cabin we rented was perfect for the four of us, we could sit outside and enjoy the view during our dinner. The receptionist was really kind and helpful, they made delicious pizza for us (because it was a national holiday and everything was closed).

This is great value, a beautiful spot right on the fjord with a very friendly and helpful owner. There is a sauna as part of the site and we paid extra, but a very reasonable price for exclusive access right on the fjord. The site had all necessary cooking facilities too, small amounts in our room but the common areas there was more

Good location and friendly personnel. The room was clean and the bed linen (provided for an extra fee) was purely white and fresh.
