They have always been lovely hosts. I had my apartment changed on night 2 and forgot some items in my previous apartment. Despite it being late, they came through and allowed me access to retrieve my property. Their customer service is implacable when it comes to accommodating your needs. Thank you for hosting us.

“Birthday Vacation 🇬🇧”
The accommodation was exceptional, clean, and very comfortable beds, sofas. Secure place felt like being home. All the shopping malls were not far and easy access to Transport by downloading Yango. Kausa was always available to answer any questions. The staff were Amazing all of them very friendly and accommodating good conversations. I'm definitely booking again for my next trip.

The staff! Kausa went over and above to make our stay comfortable and attended to all our requests. The place was very clean, excellent WiFi, close to a mall (Leopard Hill Mall) and very peaceful. Security was also very good.
