Had an excellent stay in large part due to the exceptional service of Ms Li Yan Yan (Yuki). She was most helpful and hospitable at check-in. Attended to my all questions, advised me on what to do and helped me booked tickets for a performance. She was amazing! She made my first visit to Luoyang a fantastic one. Thank you, Ms Yuki Li! The hotel is clean, next to metro station, few minutes walk to a local supermarket. Easy to get to the main sights.

The location is not that centrally located that you can find many malls or restaurants, nevertheless as the underground train station is just outside the hotel, it is very easily accessible to all the nearby shopping centres and all the points of interest in Luoyang. We have encountered good and efficient front desk staff like all the Holiday Inn Hotels we used in China, warm and willing to help to give the best assistance they could, they helped me to locate a Bank of China branch nearby which can help to update my latest passport details while I failed to do it twice at ZhengZhou

Locate next to metro station

Location is great, just near a subway station, in a few stops from the high-speed train station and from the Peony square. The breakfast was very good with a great choice, room and bed were comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was really comfortable and choice of pillows. The shower was great:spacious, good temperature, good pressure. The staff were very helpful and used translate app to communicate. The breakfast had a mix of international and Chinese dishes. The hotel was around 15 mins from the train station.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the bed was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was really, really good (the eggs were basically perfect) it was good value, and within walking distance to many restaurants. A bit far to the old town by foot, but the subway is literally right outside the hotel, so no issues whatsoever.

Quiet hotel out of the main centre. Breakfast was alright with a mix of some international standards eg cereal, toast, fruit, eggs etc and local dishes eg bao, noodles. Onsite self service laundry which can have a queue. Walking distance to some eateries and supermarkets. Good stopover to see the Shaolin temple if you are a fan.
