Overview
Situated on Luleå’s main street, Storgatan, this hotel is just 100 metres from the waterfront promenade. It offers free sauna access, regional cuisine and a popular organic breakfast buffet. The staffs were friendly and helpful during our stay. Friendliness for me is a 10 and we got an early flight last Saturday (18 April) and they packed us breakfast. Breakfast were always great and lots of choices. Facilities- the place for the moment during our stay is busy for some renovations and that is understandable. When I stayed in a hotel I don't really use the facilities to be honest, I went out most of the time exploring the city. But we did a quick peek the last night of our stay there is a gym and a nice pool. Location- it's the best 10/10. Close to everything shopping area, restaurants, transportation, parks etc .. We had a great and relaxing time during our stay. Thanks to the staffs. We will surely be back and maybe during winter time.

“The accomodation was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean.”
Breakfast was brilliant! Evening meals were equally good quality too. The only drawback was a lack of Vegan / Vegetarian cusine.

My room was in the basement which I was not looking forward to however, it was huge which certainly helped with my anxiety of no window. I had a very comfortable stay and would stay in that room again.

“Poor communication and thus service from hotel, won't be back”
Construction works going in hotel, no access to spa advertised and power tools being used from 7:1am5 and after 8pm each day. Made it very hard to sleep. Won't be back here
